Echo1 M16 RIS
 

How do I remove my Echo1 RIS rail kit? if I pull down the delta ring and try to pull it off like you would normally it won't budge, seems like it wants to come off but won't.

Reason I want to remove it is that it is loose and I would like to tighten it a bit.
