KWA Mac11a1 problems

Hi, i recently bought a kwa m11a1 and it worked perfectly for a few days and then started to mess up. When i fire a shot either on semi or full auto, the chamber cover and bolt wont return to the cocked position, it keeps trying to cock itself until it runs out of gas.

My only thoughts on why this would happen are:

1.Over-lubricated?
2.Gas (Abbey 134a) no longer powerful enough (unlikely as only had for a few days)
3.Something sticking in the mechanism, creating more friction, stopping it cocking.

These are only guesses however as i am no expert, thts why i came to u guys.
Any help appreciated thnks.

Check inside the gun and see if you have a BB jammed in beside the Gas port.

i have the exact same problem. i heard from someone that the shiny silver barrel on the inside ejection port may be dented if you loaded the mag without cocking the gun first.

You resurrected a thread from 2005 to say this? As your first post?

I have the exact same problem. Then I'll check inside the gun. There was something jammed so I clean and then everything is alright.

if it's the ns2 one i had the same problem. mine was caused because the loading part of the nozzle was worn/broken down and catching the bb between where the loader hits the bb and the bottom of the circular opening of the air nozzle (keep in mind this is all one part).

I fixed it by filing down the nozzle into a straight line so that the bb wouldn't catch, and it works perfectly now.
I didn't have to take off much surface area either, just enough that I could run a bb along the bottom of the nozzle to the middle where it should sit nicely on the opening of the nozzle before getting into the hop chamber.

I could have bought a new nozzle, but i got the gun from a friend for 20 bucks and didn't give a damn.

*EDIT*
whoops, my bad.
