MAS grey is Marine Assault Suit, and used by the US Navy SEALs for underway operations.

It stands for Maritime Assault Suit. It's used by Navy SEALs who perform VBSS (visit, board, search, and seizure) operations. The idea behind the grey colour is to match the hull of a boat or the grey of the ocean at night. I'll do a full review of them in comparison to my Cryes later this week.
