Problem solved

*needed a new valve knocker spring, valve knocker wasn't strong enough to properly hit release valve on the mag*

I'm no GBB expert and I've never owned a TM 1911, but I would guess it needs a new knocker spring. It's probably not hitting the release valve hard enough. I suppose it's one of the TM pistols that can't take green gas without upgrades (can anyone confirm this?). I assume it would work fine on duster gas.

Nope, TM 1911's work fine on propane.

I can't remember what the original post was but it looks like it got deleted.

Was this the one where you "found" a 1911 in your desk?

By any chance was the gun cocked, and left there for storage?

It's never happened to me but I imagine that keeping the spring cocked over time weakened it to the point where it doesn't have enough force to push the knocker.

I always thought it was weirdly worded how you "found" it in your desk, like you didn't know your own belongings.

I forgot about it, I thought I sold all my airsoft stuff last year.

Guess I'll just get rid of it.

I put the original info back in, always annoying for someone who might have a similar issue trying to diagnose before bothering others with another thread when the answer might already be posted.

STOP DELETING THE ORIGINAL ISSUE POSTS!!!
