We agree on the price then the seller change is mind and want more money for paypal. (never specified he want a 4% in the sale thread). He showed a picture form a website of the new product. I didn't knew I was about to get sometinng that has been painted with a vbroken button. At least everything else seems functionnal. Only good point is a very fast shipping.

I apologize for the on/off button. For the paypal thing, normaly when I buy something for some one and he ask an ammount I send the right ammount and check the best and appropriate option of payment. Thx and sorry

Everything was okay, since the payment by paypal, I ask him 210$ for the item but send me 203$ because he didn't check the payment billing! Everything else was okay. I recommend him to every one
