After lengthy back and forth I bought a tack'd Ptw motor from him. A week after payment I contacted seller to find out the status of the transaction. Was instructed item had been shipped. Approx another week later I contacted seller again to inquire on the tracking number as item hadn't shown up. Was instructed no tracking number was avail. Waited another week and a half and pmd informing the item still had not shown up. Another week later I pmd again stating item still was not here and without a tracking number nor receipt proving item had infact been shipped, I wanted a refund. No response to my last two pms.
