After sending him a specific mailing address. the seller send it to the wrong address. He is not willing to discuss correcting the problem. The item was sent back to the seller and he has not refunded my funds. I even offered to cover the extra shipping cost plus the return costs and some extra funds to cover his time. Nothing. Not a word.

Issue resolved. Ignore the negative rating. Worked it out. Everything is good with the seller and a great sale
