After many months of trying to find a way to meetup, he wouldn't make definitive plans or follow through. I bought an EBR M14 frame but he forgot to ship the magazines. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and attempted to work with him to arrange a meetup to save shipping costs. After many failed attempts, I asked him to ship it. He said he would but nothing ever came. Then I asked him to ship it one last time or feedback would result and here we are.
