MacGyver modified the hop-unit for my Systema. When I couldn't get things to work properly, he was prompt with feedback, and tips about what I should do. Ultimately, it was my own error that caused my issue, and when I finally got everything working properly, the modification was amazing.
Great guy, patient, and polite. Would definitely deal with him again.
