July 12, 2009... I purchased a Maruzen P99 from the guy & I was told it was in 'collector's' condition and was test fired before shipping. Upon arrival gun did not function and mag leaked! Seller would not refund my $$$ and wanted me to send it back to him so he could have his gun tech repair it! I did not send it and I did get him to refund some $$$ for repairs, but it took him almost 2 months to come up with the payment! I never did recoup my losses and the gun was sold for parts! Do NOT deal with this guy!
