AAHHH! What is wrong with my JG thundermaul??

i am having a serious problem with my JG thundermaul. when i first got the gun i thought it was pretty cool. then when i started to shoot it (i was aiming at a small target) it wasn't hitting it. i took out the magazine and realized that i was loosing bbs so it was obviously shooting, so i tried a larger target and i realized the bbs were curving up aout 2 inches. i tried ajusting the hop-up. it worked, slightly. now the bbs only curve up about 1 inch. I have no idea how to fix it and i hope i could get some answers.
Thanks

What weight of bb are you using? Have you tried turning the hopup off and adjusting upward from there?

Keep turning the hop up? Can it go any farther. Just sounds like your hop up is on too strong. They don't set the hop up for you when it comes from the factory (well, JG doesn't anyways).

you need heavyer bb's and turn your hopup off. using polished bb's helps take the curve of if using 0.2s not that cheap walmart crap :P

You'll usually lose a few BB's when you take the mag out, that's normal.

Use a heavier weight. Sure it will slow down the BB but it will do wonders for accuracy (tighter groupings). (.2's are good for CQB and stuff but I find .25's much better).

If it's going up then turn the hop up down if it's dropping too fast then turn the hop up well... up. What I do is turn it so the BB's start to curve up then turn it down a bit that basically gives you the maximum range (it will go straight for as long as possible).

To each their own, I love mine even if I never use it since I have, well, real airsoft rifles. =P

Christ, getting a handrail mounted on the damn thing was an epic task on it's own though.
