build what you would like to play in... last i checked, soldiers dont choose where they fight. but really, asking us for tips on how to build your field is like asking us to tell you what to put on your M4. you need to pick what you like, what you want to see, what you would want to play in and go from there.

If you're really into making an outdoor playing field, start with buildings and trenches. the trenches alone will take you a good portion of the summer to dig haha.

Be agressive.
Take risks.

I've seen new guys do these two things and they were awsome players.

honestly if you really want my opinion, here it is:

Trench system, or at least a foxhole of some kind. two story buildings, bridges/catwalks, etc. Two different bases, maybe a cool jail cell of some kind i dunno. then have a random assortment of bunkers spread throughout the area.

Best pointer right here:

Have fun!

Airsoft, no matter how many kills you get or don't get, no matter how many times you get shot.. have fun! Talk to people, make friends, and enjoy spending time outdoors with people who love the same hobby you do.

Some of the best advice I got (thanks Coma!):
"It's not about how many kills you get, it's about how many BB's you go through!"

What the fuck is a tactical jump? I was always convinced that a jump is a jump is a jump. I mean, unless you're going to curl up into a cannonball every time you jump over a log or something. That or if you're the one jackass in the game who dives or barrel rolls everywhere. Not much you can do mid-air, maybe the splits or something? Seriously, what the hell is a tactical jump, haha.

No lie, if I saw this at a game. I'd stop them and shake their hands:

thanks for the help guys i fully understand where your comming from and though it may sound wierd i have one of those old Stands for hunting thats aprox 11-12 ft in the air and enough to hold a good 3-5 guys with some room. as for the catwalks not going to happen foxholes might be the solution.

cheers to you all

a cheap way to build cool looking buildings is to find a place thats tossing out pallets (make sure they are wood worth nailing into) and haul them by renting a cube van for the day. Then just buy nails, put them together in the way that you like (make sure they will not fall, never make 2 story buildings this way). After that you might want to buy rolls of jute/burlap (or any material you may have access too) then stretch it over your frames. After that what we did was go to our local dump and they have an old paint bin, we jacked all the whites, and browns and yellowish colours. When u mix it it looks white usually because people use a lot more white then anything else, then literally drench the corners and ledges and main contact areas where people might rest their gun, hand etc. Then while wet just toss some dirt and sand on it. When it dries it looks a lot like adobe......Plywood is god, but it's expensive/harder to find

finishing touches make it look cool too, after all we go to all this trouble making our gear look real why play in some ugly crap.
