Ive been a manager for two online businesses and that is NOT standard policy! Hell look at every major airsoft retailer when you order an AEG:

That is off WGC.com! Redwolfairsoft, buyairsoft.ca, shooftsoft.ca, will all tell you the same thing and these are for AIRSOFT guns!

And the reason I was talking about Ebay is because Ebay stores are the same thing as this posted store except EBAY has a refund guarantee, you just dont get your shipping back.

If it's international it is different obviously, I mean I know they sent Mark at A&A surplus wrong items all the time. But if a canadian company or even most US companies send an incorrect item or have an issue that is their fault, they will pay for the shipping back and rectify the issue. And if YOU yourself didn't do that in your two online businesses then perhaps you should have, it only makes sense. Standard customer service comparable w/ other businesses In canada/US would dictate he rectify the situation at his expense, excellent customer service would be if he paid something additional for the annoyance...

This isn't some huge corporation this is an individual small business. Stop comparing it to ebay, redwolf, etc. It has no bearing or relation to those companies. I'm amazed at the amount of stupid useless posts here because of this issue. How about someone says something pertanent next?


And again this refund business really isn't the issue at hand here and I don't know why you keep bringing it up. Even if Vlad did refund me fully I'd still insure he corrected his statements about this product.

umm did you NOTICE two of the companies I listed, shootsoft.CA and buyairsoft.CA? Hell even 007airsoft in CALGARY requires you pay either shipping back and/or a RESTOCKING FEE.

As for the material itself you are saying the pants are the correct material and the shirt is not correct or are both wrong? Either way it could have been an HONEST mistake and not a lie like you are so inclined to believe.

Now he's offered to refund your payment AND give you a store credit I believe he said. What more do you possibly want? A free set of Frontenac?

I don't care that you quoted two companies that might have that policy, or, wait... Even three companies.

I'm sure in fact, that there are many more than just three companies that wouldn't refund shipping if they made a mistake, and btw, 007airsoft probably WOULD refund fully if they made the mistake, they have excellent CS. But again I'm not really concerned w/ that.

Both the pants and jackets are not the material he told me they were, nor anything close. All I said about the pants is that they are not the same material as the jacket, and do not seem to be water resistant, the pattern is also different colored between the pants and jacket. But I only said that for full disclosure for other's about his product.

What I would like obviously is a full refund although doesn't seem I'll get it, but moreso I want him to give an accurate description of the product so this doesn't happen again. That is all. I mean, I am pissed that I have to pay 40+ to send him back something that he shouldn't have sent me in the first place seeing as I specifically asked about the material to avoid this exact issue, but I don't think that's unreasonable and if you are trying to tell me it is your a moron, although from your comments comparing good business policy to the policy of companies like ebay/redwolf etc... It seems that's the case anyway.

As for store credit... Why would I do business AGAIN w/ someone who cannot answer simple questions honestly/correctly and will not rectify THEIR mistakes?

You're making it very hard to get along, even people in my thread told you to take it easy and talk it out. You even started to use profane language in an attempt to better express yourself, there is a limit to how much I am willing to tolerate.

You've even disgraced my customers who have written statements in support of me and to proove to you that I am actually trying to help you out as much as I can.

I tried to give you the best service by:
1) offering a discount on your next purchase
2) Apologising several times
3) Promising to clean up my thread
4) Answering every PM you've sent me ASAP and making sure you're ontop of everything while i am at school and at work
5) Promising to refund your purchase

In addition to that, i've answered every single question before I sent you your order and you KNEW what you were getting. I emphasized that this is not FRONTENAC quality stuff because they are out of business and that the replacing cadpat that i am selling is an exact reproduction of the original combat uniform worn by the canadian soldiers which in fact it is.

Send your order back at your expense and I will refund your money in the same manner you've paid for it which is through credit card, i do not accept COD returns because as stated in my thread, I need to inspect the quality of the returned merchandise, if you've wruined it I will ship it back to you without a refund.

Do not write any more threatening messages to my inbox, if you insult either me or my satisfied customers again we're going to proceed through legal action.

You shouldn't be allowed to play airsfoft with that kind of attitude.

I have not threatened you once either in this thread or via PM's. I did say however if I send back the BDU's and you don't refund the amount minus shipping and keep them I would take you to court, which again is perfectly reasonable.

As for insulting your customers, they insulted themselves with their silly comments, like I told you via PM. If they hadn't posted all that would be here is my original thread unless you made some comment I would have responded too, however, again like I told you, I'll delete all my threads once you update your sales thread to reflect your actual product.

IMO you should not be able to retail without answering potential buyer's questions accurately either but hey maybe that's just me.

In light of the situation I think it's a good idea I leave my posts up until I recieve the refund and my transaction w/ Vlad is fully completed. I will delete them if a MOD believes it necessary otherwise they are staying up and I request no one else posts about this issue until the BDU's are returned and the deal is done. Thanks.

Your comments via PM about how it will be more expensive for me to take you to court then the cost of the BDU and that your saving my messages for court just made me very leary and I have the feeling you won't actually be refunding me which is why I reqeusted these posts be left up until our transaction is complete, as I told you via PM.

The fact that you refuse this also makes me more skeptical, I did say you could wait until changing your description of the product until after we've concluded our business however you declined that as well...

Wow Im the moron and yet you're the one who didn't read the entire thread clearly and missed the part about being water resistant and then accused an honest seller of LYING about a product when it was an honest mistake.

and for your information, no 007airsoft made my friend pay the return shipping on the parts he ordered when they were wrong.

Now you are just digging yourself a bigger hole by acting the way you are. Just sit back, take a chilaxitiv and just ship the BDU's back. Im sure you'll get your refund in due time.

I 'may' have missed the one line that said water resistant material, however, that's why I specifically asked about the material before purchasing. So your saying, because I missed one little line of text in his huge sale thread, but even though I asked and he didn't give me the correct info that it is my fault? I asked to avoid this issue exactly for this reason. And even if I had read the bit about water resistant, I still would certainly have not minded if the materal was breathable/suitable for warm weather, so I would have asked anyway.

And I'm not in any hole, the only person who's 'in' anything is Vlad for providing false info regarding a product.

And again, great about your friend and 007 maybe they don't give refunds but that's beside the point, and not the issue. As stated previously numerous times.

Seriously, stop adding useless garbage here, you clown.

Look you really need to learn the difference between a lie and a mistake. Things happen! I had a problem when I placed my order with him... he came back a couple hours later after I paid said that Canada Post said my town doesn't exist! Did I call him a liar and start bad mouthing his mistake to everyone? Nope.

Hell just yesterday the AEG I ordered from a store here wasn't the right one. Oh well Im dealing with it like an adult, not some lil brat who didn't get exactly what they wanted at christmas. Its part of doing business online, expect it or you will be let down over and over.

Did you even ASK what the return policy is on something before you ordered? just incase? Then you cant bitch about his return policy. (and yes I know thats not the biggest problem)

How would you like it if anytime you make a mistake someone calls you a liar? Sucks dont it.

I said he may have unintentionally or intentionally misinformed me, and only when he stated I lied did I say he might have lied.

And, yet again, save your junk for somewhere else, your experience with other retailers is relevant to this thread how?

The reason I posted here, was because he said he was not going to update his sales thread to reflect the actual product he was selling. I wasn't posting to complain about not getting a full refund.

You and similar asshats have thrown what should have simply been him updating the product to include an accurate description of the product and me deleting my post, to an apparent shit storm of useless info that people such as yourself think needs to be added for some reason I cannot fathom.
