No worries at all, we were all shocked to hear about the break in. You guy's were missed for sure but the circumstances are understandable. I hope you get your stuff back bud, this really sucks. Good luck mate.

Oh, boy....coming soon to a Bank Branch near you. I bet Kinston police put out a 10-70 / officer safety alert because of that. Lets hope they don't fall into the wrong hands.

was the gun case with them in the trunk or in the back seat? if they could see the case then they probably knew what it was and went straight for it and will likely appear at a game. if they couldn't see the case then maybe it was just random and they stumbled across it while rummaging around and took it and they'll try to get rid of it via a pawn shop soon.
i just flew out of kingston to do a week of recruiting in calgary, but i'll also keep my eyes open for it once im back in k-town next week

That sux. That's why I never leave my gear in my car for the night. I never leave my gear in my car anyway. I think of a situation like yours when I feel lazy after a game and don't feel making 4 trips in the stairs to get all my stuff back in my appartment.

I hope they won't do stupid things with your guns.

Just found this out from Pyro himself.
This situation freaking sucks. I hope the guns will be recovered asap and those bastards be found.

I feel for ya. One of the Blackbear guys had his guns stolen from his apartment last year.
The idiot probably saw a gun case and thought he was stealing a real weapon. Hope he puts his eye out. Scum.

Sorry to hear about your loss dude. I think it's highly unlikely that you'll ever get them back, and hopefully the vehicle had full insurance so that the contents are covered in case of theft.

Pawn shops (at least our local ones) are required to hold all items for at least 30 days before they can put them up for sale, so they wouldn't show up there for at least a month. Local classified are a possibility too, although I wouldn't count on it. I'll pu tthe word out to some of my homies in the Heights. They hear about deals on hot shit all the time.
