We only took the unrestricted version though, although we COULD have done both at the same time as the questions on the test are nearly identicle.

In the end, I got 100% on my exam and 95% of the questions were simply common knowledge and things that people SHOULD know.

Cost: $30 for the class, $60 to send to the government.
Mines still sitting on my desk, I havent mailed it in yet.

And y'know what? Today I received a letter from the RCMP (yes, the RCMP) saying that I did not send them specific information, so I received an official "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION form. Hrmm.. what was missing?

The fuck-tards in Miramichi, NB said that the 'Firearms Posession And Acquisition Licence Application' was missing. Are you people out there fucking retarded? Did you ONLY receive my cheque for $60 that was in the same envelope?

Good christ these people are idiots that work for our government. Not all mind you, just the leeches that do it for a fucking paycheque.

Grumble grumble *continues to wait on the phone for minute number 14...*

This sentence is structured strangely. At first I read it as if they were saying they are identical to real firearms AND also fired actual bullets.
I thought ALL Firearms shoot actual bullets? Fucking sensationalized journalism!

LMFAO! Awsome just awsome.

I got mine back in June, waited 50 days from when they said they received the application. I went and did the safety course for non-resricted and restricted with 4 other ASC members (3 from Ontario, and one that you know well).

Keep on pushing, and be patient.

Although i agree a PAL would be a logical thing, alot of these situations like this one in winnipeg are stemming from clearsoft, which we have even less power over.

Personally I think when it comes to what we regard as airsoft, age-verification does its job very well. Its when lower grade models that are becoming the problem as their popularity and availablility rise.

As being from the Winnipeg area, I personally know the extent of the clear-soft problem and see it everyday, even in my now-former high school, and believe me, clearsoft is 99% of the problems

I was on site at one of the companys apartment properties today. Just picking up some paper work from the customer service staff. In the parking lot every few feet I would see a small green/yellow or red plastic bb on the ground. I stopped to pick one up and examine it and could tell right away it was a crapsoftair bb. After crossing the parking area and heading up the walk way to the main building I looked over and on the playground I could see kids maybe teenagers, I dont know they looked about 14-15ish in that area. But here they wear blasting each other back and forth with crapsoft shopguns. I went inside, picked up my paper work and told the onsite customer service staff to go give the kids a warning to not play with those on site property. I dont know, no I protection, shooting each other at near point blank ranges, I dont know its all stupid to me, thats why on my way out I went over and asked sugest that if they were going to keep shooting at each other that they should get some proper eye protection. All I got was basically what I consider to be tween know it all attitude and one of them pointed their crapsoft shotgun at me and faked a shot at me. I turned around shook my head and walked away, got in my car and drove back to head office, hopped on my computer did up a letter to the tenants to remind their children to pick up their bbs and faxed it back over to the site for the customer service staff to deliver.

wow tokyo you must have one patient personality
If I was you and the kid pointed that crap at me I would've snapped and broke that clearsoft right in front of his face
it would be justified self defense to do so

I was working, just tried to keep myself mature, composed and paitent.
I think I got them in the end. The fax that I sent down from my office to be issued was telling that parents that the BB's had made a mess all over the parking lot and unless they were cleaned up we would have a street sweeper come at their cost. (Its about $400 )
Also that we dont tolerate that kind of horse play on our property and they should take it somewhere else or keep it indoors and unseen.

Bah, this happens all too often. I was wondering the source of these colored BBs until I captured this one day... Neighbours kids with a Crosman M4 and what appears to be a 1911

I was out shopping with friends one day, and the girls decided to go do their things and the rest of us hit up the food court at the mall, on our way there we stepped into this shop, Sanfrascico, some of you may remeber them, you know that cheap crap novelty store that carrys all that assorted crazy shit for cheapo. I was looking through there stock and saw that for 8 bucks you could get 2 springer glocks. I asked to open the box and have a look at the product, poorest made things ever. Essentially falling apart in my hands. You could probly fire it 3 times before it shattered in your hands. But the point is , those things cost 8 bucks, those crossman softair guns get up there towards 80-100 dollars. Where the flying crap does a kid get that much money? Of course unless he saves it or his parents buy it for them, and well it has to be parents since Im fairly certain if a kid walked into Canadian tire and asked to buy one the clerk would probly tell them no. God I never had that much money when I was 13-14. I had to save for a couple months to buy my N64. I worked a paper routes and raked leaves and bussed tables down at my parents resturaunt to save up money for mine.
Seems like this days, what kids want is what kids get. Sorry let a little bit of a personal opinion slip out there.

Man parents can either be the worst of teh problem or the problem solver. I was at CT looking at optics (Killing time recently) when a kid came over and started ranting to his parents about a clearsoft Steyer AUG, saying how it was fully auto batt powered and how 200 bb's should last him the year. God I wish parents would use common sense sometimes.

My friends gave me one of those. It sorta functions though you have to turn it upside down to load it. Only worth using bb's I find on the floor in my room.
