If Corey was a cop, he would have handled himself better when i got on his case on msn with the webcam. I could see sweat pouring down his fucked up face/head.

There is no downside to cashing the cheques, unless they bounce and you have to pay a service charge.

Cashing a cheque that is part payment is not an admission that you have accepted that sum as retiring the obligation.

Since he has taken your money up front and failed to deliver or refund, he does have some criminal risk if you can get the police interested.

Im addition, I beleive that a civil suit is possible and much easier to process as there is less of a burden of proof required and less rigid proceedures.

All though it may become more work than its worth. I'd still go afeter the bastard, but you can always chalk it off to a learning experience.

Since you have a name and address, Small Brains Court is an easy option.

I'd suggest waiting until the 24th.

You're not the only one that Cory owes money and guns to. I know a few people that Cory owes guns and money and he has become hard to get ahold of. A firiend of mine was told that the shotgun that he bought from Cory was almost there, but it is al least seven months, if not longer and no Shotgun. I live close to him and just do not do business though him anymore.

hey people, i have had a run in with cory as well. i paid for a g36 that AA showed as being in stock and never got it. after 2 weeks i get an email that says its on back order. thats fine right? the g36 is a kick ass gun. when i talked to him on the phone he said that the back order was a big wait and that he would give me a bunch of extras for not cancellin my order. after 3 months and nothin from him i wanted my money back. he said that he had a p90tr in stock. so i said that would work. after months of sendin emails when it failed to arrive he sends me an email sayin that "its stuck at the border and doesnt look good." at this point i demand my money back and he tells me that i will get it when he gets the p90 from customs and that i put my money at risk when i buy over the net. in august it will have been a year of fightin with him. his phone has been disconnected and doesnt responed to nemore emails. i have taken this to the rcmp. they gave me a phone # to call. phone busters @ 1-888-495-8501. the rcmp said that this place is strictly for online fraud. i have filed a complaint and they seem like they can do somethin. now i know that none of us may get our money back, but if "cory" gets more than his hand slapped i think that would be good enough for me. if ne of you call my case file is #395021. maybe if all of us who have been screwed by "cory" make files with phone busters somethin in our favor will happen. hope this novel that i have writen can help. :salute:

What a shitty situation. Is there no one local to him that can make a house call. Christ, If I sent out $500 and didnt get a gun in my hand after a week, Id be making a house call to withdraw my money...or some teeth, but prolly both.

if he gets his guns from out west, its should be easy enough to locate his supplier and discuss things with them. this conduct is unacceptable.
