Take a look at this .. I dont even know what to say about it. How could someone remove his mask on a CQB field.

I would like to speak to this airsoft ref about what they have done about it. I hope they spoke about this "accident" in front of everyone.

Cool, looking through the comments it seems Echo1 USA is fixing/replacing the gun he broke when he threw it to put the retards mask back on.

I've had to yell at 20+ year olds for this, Kids aren't the only ones that do it, some people just think once they are hit nobody will shoot at them now so they don't need to wear their eyepro, Lot of morons out there.

I've seen adults do dumber shit than that. But there is a difference between someone who should know better and has their own legal responsibility, and someone who doesn't.

It's good to see someone sacrifice for others. That kid shouldn't have been out there in my opinion. Parents signing a waiver isn't going to protect a kid from making an immature choice and loosing an eye.

You retract that comment. sort of a dumb ass assumption.

I'm hoping they booted the guy/kid off the field.
All though many things could of been done better. The attackers should of stopped shooting. something obviously up. Guys don't just stand up and wave their arms.
The camera guy should of been yelling No Duff or what ever the field standard is.

But good on the Camera Man. His quick reaction probably saved that idiot's eyes.

No it isn't. That youth was like twelve. Maybe fourteen, if he looked young for his age. He was also around 4' 6". It may be fair to say that it could have happened to an adult, or that the kid was a bad example of maturity for his age; but the chance of these things happening increases the younger you go.

Pretty sure he could've done that without throwing is gun on the ground lol.

Still, good that he looked after the kid's eyes (clearly a kid considering how tall and skinny he seems). Pretty fast reaction too.

not at all, this was a kid who felt no ways to take off his mask because he was just that a kid. kids do stupid shit without thinking all the time, there kids. and how do i deal with that simple i dont play with them. as for someone over the age of 18 who should have enough common sense (im aware some don't) to know the importance of there eyes and if they decide to take there mask off during a game then let that be there problem.... unfortunately not everyone follows rules. all im saying is i wouldnt want to be put in a position where i had to tell some kids parents your son had been shot in the eye

People make stupid mistakes. He will most likely never do it again. Good on the camera man though.

Good on him, and good on Echo1 for repairing his gun. This kind of looking out for each other attitude needs to be encouraged in airsoft.
