rockafella, please remove the images from my site that you are using without permission, from this review, and also your ebay auctions. you are in violation of my copyright. i have contacted you before through ebay, received no answer, and you're still using my images and review content for your auctions.

on every page of my site, there is a notice:

Hey rockafella, I want to bring something to your attention

While I was hunting down for TAD gear fleece, I found your ad on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=270672894095

and I almost fell for your trap. Until I rolled down to the absolute bottom and noticed that there was a paragraph of font-5 disclaimer saying that this is a replica(like 1 out of 5 sentences says this explicitly), your ad makes it extremely misleading towards the fact that it is an official TAD product. Your ad uses official TAD photos, and never states that the product you are selling in an replica until nearly the last sentence of the extremely long ad.

I find this quite an immoral thing to do, since I nearly overpaid $100 for a china clone fleece mistaking it for a genuine TAD gear product. And from the number of bids and the feedbacks you have received, it looks like your customers actually are falsely believing that you are selling a genuine product.

Just bringing this to not only your attention, but also others that are hunting for rare TAD gear apparels.

- I don't mind marketing strategies where companies put overt descriptions and features to make their product look better on paper, but what you are doing is plainly, and obviously, an intentional product misrepresentation for a larger profit.

Ex, you missed Grey Group Training too. He also used their photograph for the main auction photo.

I wonder if the winning bidder is aware he just bought a counterfeit garment.

Rockafella his is totally UNSAT, sort yourself out ricky tick.

sadly, from the sounds of the feedbacks he's receiving, it looks like they still think its genuine TAD.

Sweet deal on TAD Gear...it doesn't get better than this//GREATGUY2dealwith
etc etc... It's very sad because once you've left the comment, you can't change it unless the seller requests it.

I found out these where repro's AFTER I did win one...luckely I didn't pay for it. I did send an Email to TAD, after giving the "rock" a NEG. feedback on Ebay with a warning for other EbaYers.

The hoodies have been removed from Ebay after TAD contacted ebay. He still selling repro stuff but I think no one is going to bid 180usd for repro stuff any more.

Now hes trying to sell a Flyye copie of the TAD backpack for 175usd...that guy is really a loser!

I really hope this guy isn't an airsofter...he gives us all a bad name with the "real" guys.

btw... If you read his posts on this forum you see he asked for info about following shop: http://www.royaltigergear.com/produc...roducts_id=816 ...and now he selling that sh*t on ebay ... LOL

btw..nothing against repro's...but at least it must be stated right!

He is, and a serving CF Reservist infanteer to boot...

Yeah yeah, caveat emptor etc. but just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right.
