Google Images search. Try and replicate what you see them wearing and carrying. Beige pants are in this season.

Throw a vest over your favorite pyjamas and cover an M4 with some useless magpul shit.

There you go!

All in seriousness. There isn't really much convention to what a PMC loadout should be. You could be typical and just wear khaki pants, black tshirt, tan baseball cap with a vest of choice overtop. They just wear whatever the fuck they want.

Dont use any camo pattern, and buy whatever gear you want. Whatever tactical nylon gear they have is the same stuff that you can have.

My suggestion is to look at images of PMC's and keep those images that you think are really cool. The thing with PMC's is that they are not regular military so each contractor will have his own set of rules (or no rules at all) for his group.

A quick search (see link) brings up a lot of pictures, this link is one I like and it reminds me of a Vietnam navy Seal. Notice the mix of civilian clothing with hi-end equipment and an AK. This guy is all ego. Probably ex special force. But you can narrow it down to baseball cap, Sunglasses, soft shell jacket or shirt, Condor light plate carrier and over the top weapons like the AK with a drum mag, no camo! If you look at yourself in your gear and think you could be regular military then (imho) your not doing it right for Airsoft

pmc - Google Search

Check out how the players in your area actually divide teams at games. Here in QC we go with Green vs Tan most of the time, if that's also the case in your area then do not mix colors (too much) in your loadouts.

Other than that it's the most flexible type of loadout you could pick, go with whatever works for you/meets your needs.

You don't have to limit yourself to the AK (although that's also in season), in your image research, you'll encounter a lot of M4s, it's not rare to see MP5s in the hands of european PMCs. Again, grab what you like.

Company like BW/XE, Triple canopy, Executive outcomes, ERA, ect.
-MICH2001, Protec helmet
-Button up shirt, Tan/black/grey tshirt
-Mechanics, oakley (not worn much, glued to hands in fire), nomex gloves
-CIRAS, Low-pro armour carrier + CB Chest rig
-5.11 cargos
-Any standard khaki boot

-Beaten up AKs, PKMs, MP5s, or shiny new M4 RIS, or 416s all stock except maybe a PEQ2, and a ACOG, Eotech, or Aimpoint CCO
-Glock, or 226
*No camo, or flags.

Depends what "job" your doing. PSD loadout you would dress more professionally (khaki vest over kydex mag holders, and holster on belt with low-pro carrier underneath.)

Running a MSR you would dress for the job. Helmet, CIRAS, knee, and elbow protection, nomex flight suit.

Most PMC kits look like there inspired by MGS. Black + Tan.

And dont run a third line. Thats pretty important because on a PSD contractors want to stay light, and on any other assignment they wont be out for long and theyre in vehicles often so it just gets in the way.
