SRC developing MP41,MP44, and FG42

Read in an interview in the newest edition of Take Aim that SRC is in the development process of these 3 guns along with a Thompson as well. They want to have them ready for release later on in 2011.

I won't hold my breath but a FG42 would complete my FJ impression.

It seems that the manager of SRC is quite the WW2 fanatic. He's part of a reenacting group in Taiwan.
This seems to have a little more meat to the story than most rumors.

FG42 is the most interesting out of the three to see.

That's good news then. I wonder if it'll be an early or late war variant. Better come with a bayonet. SRC should make a Johnson LMG too while they are at it.

Why wont anyone make a set of battle rifles... They're the staple of pretty much any WW2 impression. Mosins, K98's, Springfeilds, enfeilds... list goes on.

M1 Garand. ICS made a mistake putting up that enfield picture.

If SRC made midcaps or low caps, I would buy a MP41 instantly.

Well, I was saying more in an affordable sense. The Zeta labs Mosin nagant is running up to 800+ for the gun imported here. I'm expecting the G&G98k to be the same deal.

That'd be Awesome, but I'd love to see some rifles first (Garand and Carbine)
