Still working on this, not all the parts has arrive yet. Some didn't fit.
here's the current picture, can't find my camera.

*G&P Long Front Set
*G&P Anti-Rotation Links
*G&P Forward Assist Button
*Prime Black Steel Barrel Extension
*Prime Magpul PTS Receiver

*Magpul PTS MOE Stock

lol all I care about is weight and durability. No offense, did a quicl IPSC style and honestly weight really does matter. And yea I'll compared to WOC, just FYI These are what you need for a DIY Magna M4:

*Base Receiver (Prime or G&P, KA doesn't have all the parts, Inokatsu is overpriced)
*Prime Lower kit (save hell lot of parts buying
*G&P Front set (ones with a stock would be even cheaper)
*Pistol Grip (get an AR-15 one as the G&P one is the same price, or +5-10 you can get a Magpul one instead)
*Barrel Extension (G&P or Prime)
*Inner Barrel and hopup (I recommand RA-Tech since its a set and its cheap)
*Rear sight
*Full Bolt Carrier Group, (RA-Tech, G&P, Airsoft Surgeon) I recommand a full one to save trouble)
*Charging Handle (if you purchase G&P this one you will need to buy
*Stock Tube & Buffer Lock (G&P tube is different than Prime, locking method is also different)
*Time to watch how to build AR-15 (brownells did a pretty good job, 95% of what's cover is true, with a few less pins and less spring tension for G&P, Prime ones is exactly the same basically)

Just did a quick calculation, without purcahse any chinese parts (I don't trust em, as they will break) you can get a WOC grade Magna M4 DIY for $1200, $1400 is basically a G&P-RA-Tech one. The one I have here is about $1800. All the parts are Prime, G&P, RA-Tech, or Magpul themselves so it's pretty save bet that they'll not break. Only parts Im worry right now is the flute valve by RA-Tech. Reason I want M16 length is simply, the gas consumpation can be save as a m16 6.03 clocks around 550s, whereas a m4 at 475, and CQBR at 425fps. If you have high fps and you turn it down you get more crisp recoil, in a sense faster response time, less cool down. (I did a test on my WOC when I first got it. I found a 6.03 carbine length ra-tech barrel is suitable in Canada (22-26 degrees) to be fired in 350fps setting. It would be a lot less recoil.

I'll think about building a Prime if I manage to break both of my G&P receiver....so far that doesn't look likely. I do have issue with the gun(or rather, the mag), I need more WA mags since Bomber is noticably weaker, and GHK is a meh for fit. Only other problem, the receiver is so tight that the take down cannot be done without tools, but thats better than wobbly original WOC.....I don't think I've spent $1400 on "one" of my WOC yet(but I do have 1.5 WOC, since 2 uppers + 1 built lower)...without optics, that is...

BTW I thought the INO receiver is cheaper than Prime? I've heard the quotes in the $3-400 USD range(in US that is,), Prime is over $500....

In all honestly some people digs the Inokatsu receiver because its stated forged aluminium....but question is what grade of aluminum? the only T 7075 aluminium I seen and feel before was on an Colt M4 9mm, The Prime is T6063 I believe. So far I love it. (beside the front slot is really tight from some part but overall great) Also beware Inokatsu receiver does not have all the parts needed to build one from scratch there's that one part hold the buffer lock and the screws to the pistol grip.

I can vouch for prime quality, my PTW's were packing prime lower/upper/etc. But it comes at a hefty price.

I did fall on my PTW 'prime' and well, gun didn't have a single scratch, me on the other hand... ouch.
