Mixing BBs

So plastic soldier airsoft messed up my bb order, and now I'm stuck with a bag of .30g bbs instead of .25 for my M4.
What I'm wondering is would putting both weights of bbs into the same mag either A. Mess up my mag or B. Mess up my guns internals?
Both bags of bbs are both BB Bastard brand (If that matters)

Thanks a lot for the help, I'm still learning the gist of the "little" things in airsoft so all help is very appreciated.

I don't think there will be any damage issue, but different weights will fly in different patterns, so you consistency will be shit.

.30s cost more than .25s and are WAYYYY better so count yourself lucky

don't mix them tho, your hopup can only be set for one weight at a time

back in 2008, to achieve the tracer effect, i used to mix black madbull BB with white cyma BB, both were .20 grams.

Just use the .30

If you're shooting over 370 FPS you'll shoot the .3 MUCH better than you'll shoot the .25

Well right now it's a stock TM M4, I've uped the gears to handle a stronger spring. I was looking to put in a mad bull M110 spring into it. From looking at that one list (can't remember who made it) that should bring my FPS up to around 370ish FPS correct?
I know the .30s are more expensive, and I got them for the price of .25s but the only reason I was a little annoyed was because I figured mixing them would cause shit to hit the fan internally. And Now I have to make sure I deplete what's left of my .25 bag before I use the .30s.
Thanks for the help though everyone.

Nope, worst thing that'll happen is that your range will go down if your FPS isn't high enough.

I'd recommend throwing an SCS in your hop-up unit to get the maximum spin out of the heavier BB's

I have no clue what a SCS is haha. What makes the difference between a good hop up rubber and a bad one? I know a good one will help increase your range and all that due to the backspin. But is there a more complicated way that it helps improve accuracy? or is that basically it?

I am aware im not as experienced as Amos when it comes to Airsoft as a whole.
Although here is what he was refering to buy SCS: http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/in...oducts_id=1593

Hmm, cause I was looking at getting a different hop up unit altogether. Unless anyone can tell me that a stock TM hop up unit is pretty decent and all that I'll need is that SCS unit
