Question about integrated rail mount on TM MP5-J

I recently picked up a used J but my G&P aimpoint replica won't fit. Are there any red dot sights that will fit the stock rail? Is the only way to change the rail?

thanks.

Eh? The MP5J rail mount is exactly Mil 1913 20mm rail, my buddy fit his aimpoint on his MP5J and had no problems.

I had an NcSTAR RDS on that gun and it fit. You should just play around with it a bit, I'm sure the G&P one will fit.
