Cool. That'll be better to tell people (mil and RS shooters) what is airsoft rather than saying "it's kinda like paintball, but without the gay color splatters".

And hopefully that might help make airsoft more respected by those crowds.

I know a few people who are in law enforcement and military who would train with airsoft just because of lower costs. Sure Travis is using AEGs but I'm sure it would work a bit different with a GBBR

And I'm impressed, using the new Tokyo Maruis, instead of the G&G crap that all American airsoft stores who probably recommend to new users.

Damn this guy knows his shit.

He's my hero too. But he needs a beard.

Maybe one day he'll eat kevlar and grow face armor like Chris Costa ;D Which model TM is he using btw? I haven't been following TM for a while - didn't know they had AEGs with working bolt catches.

Actually he specifically said don't buy POS guns, so all those kiddies will be hating cuz he's "an elitist bastard."

But for the rest of us, <3 Travis.

Awesome Travis is the best. Good to see him supporting use and training with airsoft weapons combined with real steel.

I think there is a big difference between what he is talking about what average weekend airsoft really is.

I use to use my airsoft glock 19 to train cheaply in my house for the rare times I get range time with my 9mm. About as far as airsoft (truly a game like paintball), and training with live ammo are two completely different things, and shouldn't be mistaken. Kids that see this video that play airsoft, turn 18, then buy there first AR/AK go run it out in the bush alone thinking they're airsoft experience is enough will just end up hurting themselves, or someone else.

I like that lathe in his garage!
