Is it because of the fitment, or the flap?

I think because it's a dangling canvas bag.

When I have my SAW I run a RRV with 2 SAW pouches for extra ammo.

Have a SAW pouch on order. Hopefully they'll do the trick. I'm kind of anxious to see how many I can mount on a plate carrier.

In case anyone else is curious, the pouches arrived today. I went with G&Ps. Surprisingly, the pouches can actually hold TWO drums, though I'm trying to keep it at one drum for a flatter profile.
