The clearsoft from CT is annoying but not really the problem , the problem is dumb ass criminals who use a TM 1911 airsoft pistol to hold up a beerstore and can't be charged for armed robbery when they catch him, so he only gets like 3 or 5 years in jail instead of 10+

As far as I am aware, you can get charged with armed robbery if you stick your finger in your pocket and pretend it's a handgun. So I don't see any difference between doing that, or using a GBB, or using a real handgun in regards to criminal charges being laid.

I don't know, thats what I heard that they can't charge you with armed robbery or it won't hold up in court if you don't have a real gun.

Also, if you hold up a store with a toy gun, it's treated as if you held up the store with a real gun, at least in Canada.
