Kenwood 2 pin PTT

I hope I'm not putting this in the wrong section.

I need to get a kenwood 2 pin PTT (style doesn't really bother me) for Sunday.

It is to use with my z-tactical throat mic

I live in Ajax but will travel if need be. I have tried Airsoft Depot and Toronto Airsoft but neither have them.

Does anyone know of a place to get them?

Thanks

Durham Radios might have what you are looking for or may be able to point you in the right direction.

Checked but North Trail Sports does not advertise them on their websites anymore unfortunately.

Should have mentioned this sooner. It's for my z-tactical throat mic.

I was actually just going to post something similar.

Im looking to get a PTT for my comtac 2's (ztactical) to connect to a puxing...I believe that's a kenwood 2 pin as well.and was wondering what other people had.... I know the box says only to be used with ztactical PTT units... but obviously you can get other brands....right?

Yup really any other PTT replica should work as long as it is wired for Kenwood 2 pin (which Puxings are). The reason I say replica PTT's is because most real military PTT's have slightly different impedance for the radios/mics, though most wired to Kenwood 2 pin or Moto 1 and 2 pin have a mini amp in them to correct this impedance difference. That's not to mention that they usually cost between $150 and $500.

There are some replica PTT's that use the military radio and mic impedance but there aren't many and it is usually stated.

So for the ztactical headset...what is the actual pin from it? Is it a military 1 pin?
