Contact Airsoft innovations directly.. they stand behind their product, and will help you sort out the issue in short order.

also READ the INSTRUCTIONS.. many issues can be resolved by the user if they know and understand how to operate and maintain the device

Airsoft Innovations will fix your Tornado. I had a BB stop go in the shell and they wanted to fix it instead of sending me a new shell. I did, the turn around time is a little slow, but I got it back in perfect condition.

If you describe here what the issue is, we might be able to help too. As Coachster asked, "What does it do or not do?"

I have to check mine too.. can't really test it (blow it) in a condo...

Mine just vents gas on detonation.. maybe re-lubing will help..

Just send an email to Airsoft innovations they have awesome customer support. They'll repair your nade or send you the parts needed to make it work. They sent me a new internal part after it broke, didn't even pay for the postage.

Yeah you don't need a gun doc. Have had problems with both my tornadoes and they have been a great help sending me replacement parts. Just contact them on their website.

What you should try is to fill your Tornado and dunk it in water in a clear vessel. Watch for the bubbles to see where the leak is coming from.
If it’s your inlet valve, check to see if it’s from the inside or outside of the valve. The outside can be fixed with thread tape. The inside can be fixed with the outlet o-ring on a Bic lighter.
If the leak if coming from the grenade itself, it’s one of the four o-rings inside the grenade. You can order a rebuild kit from anyone that sells the Tornado; this includes all o-rings and the fill valve.
To check the internals take your cap and spin it off CCW and pull the piston out. Check the two o-rings on the stem. Check the two main body o-rings on the piston.
It can leak from the over-pressure valve too. There’s a little o-ring under the cap on the stem of the over-pressure system.
That’s all the possible places your grenade can leak, just check them and make sure you don’t get excess lube in the timing chamber; the main section of the top of the grenade under the top main post o-rings in the shaft and above the main (bigger) o-ring on the piston.
