Arrow What weight BBs do you use for outdoor?

What BB weights do you use and why?
Is the pricing and availability of heavier weights a large factor in your decision?

Simply put - if .32 or .30g cost roughly the same as .25 and .28, would you use those weights?

I'm running Madbull .28s for my M4 GBBR. Why ? It's not too light, not too heavy. The distance it goes is perfect so far in my tastes.

Also, the pricing doesn't matter since a full bag can last me a whole year, even 2 considering the fact i'm not a happy-trigger player :P

same here, but also have .25 to gain range when playing indoor or a NO wind day.

.30's for now, will be trying out the .32's bio's from EF in the summer. Reason is to increase range. It would be nice for .3/.32 to be cheaper though .

.28's or .3's for me, depending on cost/availability. Occasionally I break out the .25's here and there.

If the cost was the same, I would for sure.

i use .30 in most all my rifles and pistols, i didnt know there wer .32's or id try them out.
i find they fly beter and cary more energy out to range for long engagements, that and most of my guns over hop anything lighter, even with the hop up tirned down.
also i use .36 and .40 in my bolt action .36 most of the time jus due to thats what i have that works well lol
wish there was a good supply of .3 and .43 high quality bbs around. The bb bastard hasnt had .3 in a log while and only has up to .4 and hasent har .36 or .4 in who knows how long lol

if your BBs fly perfectly flat and straight, then suddenly fuck off in a random direction near the end of their path, it means you need to be using heavier ammo!
.28s are working great in the PTW, but can't wait to try .32s

I would love to try .32s in my AEGs. Not sure where to get some in Canada.

.28s in my GBBRs.
.25s in pistols.
.36 in BA.

No reason to go higher with any of them, and the price is not really an issue. However anything over .28 is random in supply, so I prefer to tune my gun with something easy to get in many brands.

.30 all the way in everything, .32 if i could get it and it was quality product, price is not an issue as long as the quality is there.

.28 only if I need to use Bio and there is no other local .30 option

If those prices were the same I'd get the heaviest round available.

This question is complicated by the fact that some of us want or are required to use biodegradable BBs.

.30s if they are available, .28s as my backup plan and .25s as my backup to my backup plan.
