Madbull QD Halo Supressor

Hello,

I am working on a new Ino GBBR project and I am wondering if any of you have had a chance to handle the Madbull "Halo" Suppressor? Is the fit good and solid, is the construction stable? Do you have a better suggestion for a QD supressor for a GBBR?

Thanks!

From an asthetic point of view it's my favorite silencer in my current collection, only surpassed by my v2 TM tracer for the cool factor.

Go for it!

Cool thanks for the input. Can you tell me anything about the construction of that one? Is it painted or does it anodized? I've had nothing but good experiences with madbull products so far, and I'd be surprised if this one lacked in quality but I'd still love to hear from some one who has already handled one before ordering one. How about the fitting? Is it good and solid? GBBR's generate recoil, so I don't want to have to worry about this thing falling off . . .

Thanks again!

Madbull external products are top notch.

It is anodized, and very stable once you attach it properly (took me 3 tries).

The only silencer even better than the Halo is the Gemtech G5 (by Madbull too). Push-twist QD and it is rock solid when attached. (Though you have to change the flash hider to a special one)

Agreed, the Halo is very very solid - one of the most solid QD suppressors for airsoft. Very nice hard anodized finish, individual serial numbers, plus the unique ability to attach to most flash hiders.

Note: Some exceptionally long flash hiders will not fit the Halo properly. The best fit are A2 style "birdcage" flash hiders and similar sized ones.

IMO its the best way to go for QD especially if you want to keep the unique flashhider you may have underneath it....ie a Vltor or something...
