P-90 Magazines. The best way to carry??

I hav e an russian M-21 chest rig in OD the p90 fits quite nice, think they will fit in any AK mag pocket.

if you get the bhi omega tac vest 1 like the ones used in stargate atlantis you can adjust the mag lid so that it JUST closes over the p-90 mag. another alternative with that rig is to attach a "keeper" to the inside of hte mag lid, adjust the lid to fit mags for whatever other mag type you want to put in there and when you decide to run the p-90 you just flip up the lid and buckle/strap it in.

i have that vest and have managed to put the p-90 mags in it. you dont get a whole lot of velcro left to close it up but it closes.

I use a SOTech TOMCAT rig.

The pouches have internally adjustable lengths, and the depth can also be internally adjusted so you can hold anything from 10 round 5.56mm Armalite mags to 30 round mags to sniper mags to 7.62mm AK mags, G3 mags, and yes... even P90 mags.

i dont have any pics of me with the p-90 mags in it but trust me, they fit.

the mag pockets are made to accomadate the usual assortment of mag sizes/quantities. the lit can be adjusted internally like brian's so that they just close over the mag. it's not the greatest for mobility but it will get you at least 4 mags on your chest. i say only 4 cus i opted not to use the pockets on the ends cus the mag will almost sit in my armpit. not too comfortable.

this is the vest from bhi. it does the usual 2 m16, 1xg3 or m14 per pouch.

I use a Dutch pouch that fits 4 perfectly. Too lazy to whip out digi cam..

Local Army Navy store sells them for ~$15 apiece, I could work something out for you if you want.

Duckman, I have a vest almost exactly like that. I modded it a bit though so the leaders are longer, and aren't on the verge of coming off when the mags are in. I fit two mags sideways in each pouch so they're more secure that way too. I'll get some pictures tommorow of the setup, it's not bad at all actually. I fit four mags on my left side, and that leaves my right side free to shoulder my weapon properly.

The omega vest WILL hold at least six P90 mags in the lower pouches. They fit very nicely. But you gotta love black
