Clean your sensors and sensor holes, Charles.

The 2008 motor endplate has little plastic insulators off either side of center. These are there because the 490 motor brushes do an "up and over" the brush hood loop, and extend right up to the height of the motor endbell. The 2007 endplates do not have those insulators. You can use a 2008 endplate on any generation of PTW, no problems there. Without those insulators there, there's a good chance that the brush leads would make contact with each other via the endplate, and this would dead-short the battery through the electronics. Not good, especially with 2007 electronics.

This only applies if you are using the 490. If you have a 480 in there, don't worry about it.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep discussing what's for dinner.

Freedom is the wolves limping away while the sheep reloads.

Never confuse freedom with democracy.
