Just because it's an ordering system doesn't mean it's a large corporation with a large capacity. has a great cart/ordering system and that is one guy behind the scenes stocking, shipping, answering emails etc.

If you're so dissatisfied with not getting a reply within 2 days, cancel your order and cancel your EMT and get your goods somewhere else. We're telling you that the people there are good and will come through. They are some of the most reputable people in the community and they are just busy right now or could even be having technical issues with their email. It's not like they are ignoring just you for some reason.

In any case, it's the weekend and even if they processed your order, it can't be shipped until Monday. There's no point in complaining about it now.

These people are busy. Answering emails (especially in a large volume) takes time! And you're not even sure they READ it yet.
