They are usually late in shipping orders.
It's not the Hong Kong Post that is taking a long time to ship orders, but rather they are sometimes very busy that they don't ship your orders right away until you notify them of your concern.
I always have to ask them and then, they give me the tracking number which always shows that they ship my order on the same day they replied my email.
However, I've always received my orders. All you have to do is just asking them politely. Usually, customer representatives are extremely good in dealing with well-mannered and structured inquiries.
