First off I really must ask why blame for a product not working? If you maybe got 4 of them that didn't work I'd blame them, but do you blame Wal-mart itself for getting a bad product out of the box? has nothing to do with who makes the products.

you cant expect an ACOG for only $22.50 lol! The same RDS is available from one of my suppliers for $4 each, cheaper than that if I buy more than 30 at a time lol! Yes they SHOULD have checked to make sure all the parts were there just before shipping it out but just like wal-mart, they don't check every product on their shelves.

I've made numerous purchases for mulitple people from them without a single problem to date.
