In fact, to be on the team you pretty much have to have that relaxed attitude; we're not into the whole hardcore thing with ranks and looking identical, etc.
What we've found is looking alike and dressing like a professional soldier has little to do with how much ass you kick.
second that. Our team also has "contractor day" every so often where no one is allowed to wear Camo BDU's. Makes it a bit different when you can see the guy in his t-shirt from a mile away but still really fun
