Well they E-mailed me back, Evidently upset at my first post. They gave me some facts as I was mistaken on a couple dates, but reguardless of what happened when, it has still be over a month.
I proposed they send me a TSD Tactical M4 Classic. As I feel a month of my time and constant frustration is worth a measily $400. (Keep in mind their cost is probably well below $400 and they have the $100 for the pistol, and the other profit from the rest of my order)
We'll see if they are willing to do that, if they are then I am going to give them some credit. That would be a HUGE step forward in my opinion. That would be Customer Care.
