There are indoor arenas that allow the firing of pellet guns inside city limits. In Winnipeg we have indoor airsoft and paintball arenas. While there is still a bylaw in Wpg stating that you cant fire guns inside the limits (air guns, pellet guns, etc) you can still apply for a license or permit to allow it in a confined space.
