I've spent over $2000 with him over the past year for various team buys and never had a problem. Jon goes the extra mile for his clients. Are you positive you don't have an e-mail from him sitting in your PM Inbox? Or perhaps a junk mail filter on your e-mail caught it? Hell, maybe he wasn't able to immediatly confirm your payment. Given that IIRC Jon did get a rather large shipment the other week, its not suprising things would be delayed, when one man has to sift through a number of boxes of kit to get it all organized, and deal with the large volume of sales he deals with daily.
Also, if your going to call the guy an asshat and accuse him of theft, at least have the decency to post an update on the situation? I'm going to assume you got all your kit, and a decent reason behind the delay.
Maybe you'll find someone else to help you. Maybe black mesa... THAT WAS A JOKE, ha ha, fat chance.
