Pick your brains with that. And dont say that "oh that was 1982". Its still our constitution.
A charter challenge would be a last resort weapon here, especially on a clause 1 footing. It is very easy to argue that Replicas of all types pose a greater danger to society, than it impedes the rights of a select few. Then again, it depends on who is sitting on the SCC when its brought to bare.
