Making a Claim with CP for damaged goods
I have come into a situation where CP has screwed up. I shipped out a M203 to an ASC member, and upon arrival the box had clearly been dropped at least once, and the collar ring on the 203 was cracked.
Has anyone here made a claim with CP for damaged goods? My intent is to call monday afternoon, however I'd like to know what I should expect in terms of them trying to block me, or put me on hold indefinitly.
Maybe you'll find someone else to help you. Maybe black mesa... THAT WAS A JOKE, ha ha, fat chance.
