A regular AEG is an analog device, so you'd need a PRETTY powerful magnet to affect anything.
Unless you're turning your AEG into some sort of railgun or gauss rifle, I wouldn't worry about it.
Radio EMF has more interference with certain mosfet switches than a magnet will.
Keep in mind, the motor is essentially a large magnetic field when it's running.
