Man... I just sent him my email giving him an ultimatum of refunding or I would init. the dispute on Monday.

Seems legit enough, as he usually don't reply emails at night (it's 10:30pm over there) from what I got...
Guess I'll initiate the dispute anyways like you said Crunch.
It'll show me of wanting to save a few bucks... I won't be shopping there any more I think.
