Why not integrate a scheduling and sign up feature in the Games and Events section.
When a host logs in to create a new event the format is consistent for all events, for example, "Event Name" "Host""Place""Date" and other details, etc.
As ASC members sign up it is automatically posted to a master list. If a member cancels it automatically updates.
