Why does ARES customer service SUCK so bady?
For months now we have had parts on order through ZShot out of the US for various Ares branded airsoft products. ZShot has continued to remain communicative and responsive to our inquiries, but they seem unable to receive parts for products for which they are listed as the sole North American distributor. Does ARES suck that badly? I have had repeated and quite quick responses from ZShot but nothing in response to inquiries through Ares themselves. Why, in the face of this, would anyone want to buy Ares branded or manufactured components knowing that parts are all but impossible to source through Ares?
