They officially started rolling strikes the beginning of June but had already suffered employer mandated shift cut backs in some departments. some full time employees were only getting 3 work days a week.
also to add, after talking to a couple of our regular CP guys, the $100 million they say they lost during the rolling strike is a joke. I think that CP forgot to subtract the lost wages of the strikers plus they froze all benefits for all employees.
