Tracking number not showing up?
So I have a question about shipping. I shipped my item out today with Canada Post to Quebec and as soon as they calculate your package weight and size to determine how much you have to pay, and you're given a packing number after you pay, shouldn't it be in there system?
When I got home and entered my tracking number into the Canada Post website I saw it right away. It stated that it was accepted at the postal facility. So that is what I thought .............. Now ..........
The other person has said they shipped there item and gave me a tracking number but this is what I get when I enter it into the Canada Post website:
Tracking # Date / Time ↓ Description Service Type
We could not find this Tracking Number in our system. You can Edit this Tracking Number or Request Delivery Updates By Email .
How could it not be in there system. Could I have been ripped off?
