I do smoke, and the smoking does prevent me from performing better athletically. However for the health safety of everyone around me, I continue to smoke.

M-W-F morning 30 min on the tread mill, approx 5km sometimes more sometimes less.
+light weights

T-TH morning 30 min swimming lanes

T-TH nights 30 min heavy bag work outs.

yeah the smoking taints me a little...but I consume enough pineapple to counteract it.
