I use public transit and my legs so I get a fair amount of excersise and yet I feel the need to really step up this year to keep me fit for the season (sunday had me as medic in a vip game, I'm still in pain). On my team 2 of the six are in a martial art and one is the biggest health nut I grew up with so if I get going it will be the majority
Another team has three guys into mma and stuff so they work out. Along with a fit and active life style you can really improve your training by having a good diet, not that you can't eat (I stuff my face man) or that it has to be certain foods. Just regulate how much of a certain type or quality of food you eat.
