Had to chime in here regarding Evike. Like the OP I was not fully aware of just how bad this company really is.
I took the plunge on a $300 order for accessories on December 29th and never got a shipping quote until January 5th (a ridiculous $55 I might add). Anyways I paid the piper and then everything fell silent. My order sat there "processing" for 2 weeks. Each call I placed to customer service raised the bar for total incompetence and e-mails went unanswered.
A couple days ago I finally snapped. In one hour I filed 2 Paypal disputes and launched a complaint with the BBB in LA :banghead: I must say, Paypal came through and a full refund was issued for the order and shipping.
I own and operate a fairly significant ecommerce site here in Canada and for the life of me, I cannot fathom the way these morons conduct business.
Nothing about Evike's level of suck is overstated. STAY CLEAR!!
